With over 15 years of butchery experience, including management, journeyman meat cutting, and high end specialized/portioned butchering, Jonathan has some of the most valuable butchery experience in the country. His passion for butchery started at a young age and has never faded. You can find him on the block, cutting fresh steaks or deboning a leg of lamb while providing our customers with some great recommendations, and always with a smile on his face! Alongside his Brother, Billy, he is beyond proud to able to serve our local community and bring that small butcher shop feel back to reality! Come see for yourself!
As a 20-year veteran of our great armed forces, Billy knows how to lead a team and navigate difficult situations. His extreme passion for cooking, smoking and butchering meat, as well as his dedication to providing unparalleled customer experience in the market make him an extremely large asset to the business and our local community. Billy has a simple goal, to be known for providing the best quality meat with a customer experience that can not be matched!
